My handcrafted Fly Fisherman twist wooden pen is crafted in a Rainbow Trout Inlay that I gave a great finish to blend in with the beautiful Antique Pewter finish. Curly Maple hardwood base and North American Holly underbelly with Pink dyed Curly Maple, Black Ash Burl fin and eye and Green dyed Black Ash Burl fin and tail.
This attractive, premium twist pen features a fly fishing theme complete with a Creel cap with Fly Reel top, Fly rod clip and Fishing scene nib. This handcrafted premium ball point pen is from my Fly Fishing line of fine writing instruments. The pen has an excellent twist mechanism and a unique, fine styling. This ball point writes extremely well having great balance and hand feel designed into it and is a pleasure to write with.
My pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday, etc. This is a beautiful inlay pen design that I like and this style blends well with a variety of wood and acrylic finishes. All my pens are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded within in the inlay hardwoods.

This wooden inlay pen is handmade as a ball point trimmed in an Antique Pewter finish and uses a Parker style of ballpoint refill. Refills are readily available at stationery stores everywhere, or through my website. This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its high gloss and beauty.
