My handcrafted heavy duty Bottle Opener in a beautifully grained piece of Cocobolo hardwood handle is finished off as a bright Chrome bottle opener. This handle is beautifully marked with excellent grain that enhance this Bottle Opener handle. The bottle opener is finished in a smooth and clear finish that gives it that heirloom feel, and will not slip out of your hand in use. This is not a lightweight opener, and has quite a bit of size to it!
My accessories are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday, etc. These hardwoods are chosen for the colors and tones exhibited in the finished product.
I felt that with this wooden handle, a well rubbed finish would be an appropriate finish to highlight the great areas on the wooden handle. The beautiful Central American hardwood makes an excellent handle both visually and functional. The final appearance of this handle looks fantastic! This is a heavy duty bottle opener and will last a lifetime. Cocobolo will darken further over time.
The overall length is approximately 6 1/2 inches in length, 2 inches wide at the opener head and about 1 1/4 inches at the widest part of the handle. This is one item that will be talked about when in use.

All my items are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic grain and color embedded throughout the hardwood.
I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or parts in any of my accessories!

As with all handcrafted wooden accessories, DO NOT SOAK IN WATER OR PLACE IN A DISHWASHER. Clean handle with a damp cloth. If needed, the opener head will unscrew from the threaded handle. Although sealed, allowing the handles to soak in water may allow water to penetrate and decay the handle from the inside out.
