My handcrafted Round Top twist wooden pen in beautiful and fine Chechen or Caribbean Rosewood hardwood is trimmed in a beautiful and distinctive bright Chrome finish. The pen is from my slim line of fine writing instruments and has a distinctive larger cap twist operation. This pen is designed for many hours of writing and has fine balance to it. This ball point writes extremely smooth and is a pleasure to write with having great hand feel. The twist mechanism works effortlessly.
My wooden pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, etc. These are one of a kind pens made from hardwoods that I personally select.
Chechen is a beautiful golden brown colored rosewood found in the Caribbean (Jamaica, Belize, Southern Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala). Very nice grain is present in the golden brown colored hardwood. I made this a bit different than usual by including a small bevel near the center cap on the upper barrel and shortened the lower barrel just a tad for a more distinctive and professional look. This pen will only darken with a slight reddish tinge with age and use and take on that old, traditional style.

All my pens are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 8 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic features embedded within the hardwood. I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or pen mechanisms in any of my pens, pencils or other turnings!
This wooden pen is handcrafted as a ball point trimmed in a beautiful Chrome finish and uses a Cross style of ballpoint refill. Refills are readily available at all stationery stores everywhere. This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its gloss.
