My handcrafted Longwood style click wooden pen in exquisite and beautiful piece of figured Cherry Laurel hardwood is trimmed in a distinctive Chrome finish. The pen is from my Longwood Click line of fine writing instruments and has a fine operating click mechanism. This pen is designed for many hours of writing and has fine balance to it. This ball point writes extremely smooth and is a pleasure to write with having great hand feel. The clicker is a high end mechanism and works effortlessly.
My wooden pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday, etc. These are one of a kind pens made from hardwoods that I personally select.
Cherry Laurel is native to North America and is well figured in color and has exquisite graining, knots and dark areas throughout giving this pen a distinctive look. This particular pen has many varied grain patterns and dark areas at the surface which make it a one-of-a-kind unique pen. This is not an often found wood that is used in small turnings due to the sometimes brittleness and knots found in the wood.
All my pens are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded within the hardwood.

I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or pen mechanisms in any of my pens, pencils or other turnings!
This wooden pen is handcrafted as a ballpoint trimmed in a bright Chrome finish and uses a Parker style of ballpoint refill. Refills are readily available at stationery stores everywhere. This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its gloss.
