Handcrafted Wooden Pen - Spalted Marblewood Sap & Heartwood Round Top Twist Pen in a Bright Gold Finish

My handcrafted Round Top twist wooden pen in a piece of Spalted Marblewood Sapwood & Heartwood is trimmed in a bright Gold finish.  The pen is from my slim line of fine writing instruments and has a distinctive larger cap twist operation.  This pen is designed for many hours of writing and has fine balance to it.  This ball point writes extremely smooth and is a pleasure to write with having great hand feel. The twist mechanism works effortlessly.

My wooden pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday etc. These are one of a kind pens made from historical woods that I personally select.

The Spalted Marblewood has a beautiful look to it with small insect tracks throughout and with the sapwood and heartwood, gives it to give it a different look.  I finished it a bit rustic to go with the overall appearance of the wood.  The pen looks like an old friend with the finish.

All my pens are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded within in the spalted hardwood.  

I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or pen mechanisms in any of my pens, pencils or other turnings!

This wooden pen is handcrafted as a ball point trimmed in a bright Gold finish and uses a Cross style of ballpoint refill.  Refills are readily available at all stationery stores everywhere, and through my website.  This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its gloss.
