My handcrafted Pirate twist wooden pen in a piece of beautiful and well marked Desert Ironwood is trimmed in a bright and complementing 24K Gold plate finish. The pen is part of my themed line of fine writing instruments and has an excellent twist mechanism which operates quite smoothly through turning of the larger cap section. This ball point writes extremely well with great balance and hand feel, and is a pleasure to write with.
My pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday, etc. These are one of a kind wooden pens made from hardwoods I select.
This pen features an exquisite and fine marked of Desert Ironwood that shines with the 24K gold finish. Desert Ironwood is native to the desert southwest of the US and northern Mexico. Pens produced in this very hard wood have that distinctive and traditional look of pens from the last century. Rich and deep with color having a beautiful and fine grain, the pen is one that will be treasured for many years. Desert Ironwood makes any pen look like that executive pen you've always wanted.
All my pens are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded within in the hardwood.

I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or pen mechanisms in any of my pens or pencils or other turnings!
This wooden pen is handmade as a ball point trimmed in a bright and beautiful 24K Gold plate finish and uses a Parker style of ballpoint refill. Refills are readily available at stationery stores everywhere, or through my website. This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its high gloss and beauty.
