My handcrafted Baron premium Roller Ball pen in a fine and beautiful piece of African Mapone hardwood is trimmed in a bright and beautiful Chrome finish. With a truly distinctive styling, this pen looks and writes spectacular. The pen is part of my exciting premium Baron pen line. The gold iridium nib writes very smooth and is a pleasure to write with, yet this pen has a great hand feel and exceptional balance. As with all my roller ball and fountain pens, this is also postable so you will never lose the cap!
My pens are great for personal use or as an exquisite gift for that special someone, birthday, wedding, anniversary, client, guest, holiday, etc.
African Mapone color can range from a fine chocolate brown through the mid brown color palette. This pen has some chocolate through bronze coloration with the distinctive grain ever present. This is a very dense hardwood from Southern Africa and make excellent turnings such as pens. This pen has some nice variations of color and grain throughout. It also has some nicer deep brown coloration on one area that adds distinctiveness to this piece. The chrome brings out the deep colors within the chocolate colored piece of wood. This pen is a must have for the writing lover! Included is a fine presentation box.
These are one of a kind pens made from exquisite and beautiful dyed hardwoods that I personally select.
All my pens are turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded in this beautiful hardwood and highlighted by the chrome accents on the pen.

I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or pen mechanisms in any of my pens or pencils!
This handmade pen is made as a Roller Ball Pen finished in beautiful Chrome and uses an ink converter (pump) or can use a standard cartridge refill (all included). Refills and ink bottles are readily available at stationery stores, or through my Etsy store and website. This is a highly polished and exquisite pen and requires little maintenance to retain its luster.
