My handcrafted Reversible Seam Ripper uses a beautiful piece of Fractured Water acrylic as the handle. The Seam Ripper is trimmed in a bright 24ct Gold finish. This seam ripper is part of my household sewing accessory line. The blade is reversible for safety when not in use.
The Fractured Water design is a nice combination of blue, purple and white colors that swirl around the barrel of the seam ripper. I turned this handle just a tad thicker than normal so that the grip is maintained somewhat easier than with a thinner handle. This seam ripper feels great in your hand and will be an excellent addition to that sewing kit. With the clip on the handle, it can be kept in your pocket to take with you or to stay near.
This is made to be practical in use and elegant in design. The seam ripper is very stylish, colorful and beautiful with the Fractured Water themed handle. The gold accent trim highlights the colors within the acrylic.

The seam ripper is 5 1/2 inches in overall length open and 4 1/2 inches closed and is great for those that do a lot of sewing, hemming, etc. Easy to store and carry, it is one of those items you cannot do without.
All my accessories are hand turned by me on my lathe and undergo a minimum 18 step finishing and polishing process to bring out the fantastic colors embedded within the acrylic.
My custom handcrafted turnings make excellent gifts!
I do not use inferior woods, acrylic formulations or mechanisms in any of my household and desk accessories, pens or pencils!
This seam ripper is finished in bright 24ct Gold plate. This is a highly polished and exquisite household accessory and requires very little maintenance to retain its gloss.
