Terms and Conditions

All items in this site are handmade/hand turned by me on my lathe.

I guarantee all my handmade pens and other items. Exceptions to my guarantee include the misuse of the item(s), damage or breakage from improper use/operation.

All amounts listed are in US Dollars (USD). Fees for special or custom orders are payable in advance unless prior arrangements are made.  

In any event, any personalized item is not eligible for return, refund or exchange .

I do not have access to any credit card used to pay for your purchase.

I ship via USPS Ground Advantage for domestic shipments.  I can also ship Priority Flat Rate.  

For International Shipments, I ship USPS First Class International (Priority can be requested, but is more expensive.

I can also ship via UPS and FedEx (domestic and international).  Please ask for rates before ordering.
